Where is the clinic located?
Motherhood Chiropractic is located in the Clearview area of Snohomish. The clinic is a home office located in a private residence. If you would like to see the doctor, please contact us for a free 15 minute Meet and Greet phone appointment.
What insurance do you accept?
Motherhood Chiropractic is a fee-for-service practice, meaning we are out-of-network with all major health insurance companies. You will be responsible for payment at the time of service, and we welcome payments through HSA, FSA or credit card. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check to see if your plan has out-of-network benefits as many patients receive 50-75% reimbursement. The only exception to our insurance policy is motor vehicle accident insurance. We will bill PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance for any patient that is in a motor vehicle accident and receives care at Motherhood Chiropractic. Many patients wonder why we don’t take insurance and the answer is simple. As you probably have experienced, working with insurance companies can be frustrating and time consuming. Reimbursement issues, surprise bills, and insurance dictating how many visits and what is covered are just a few reasons. With our model of care, much of what we offer isn’t covered by insurance anyway. We discuss finances up front and there are no surprise bills. As a fee for service practice, we can focus on providing the best quality of care for each individual patient without being distracted by what the insurance company dictates. We find that many insurance companies will cover out of network care and the cost to the patient is similar if they went to an in network provider.
What are your fees?
Motherhood Chiropractic has very straightforward fees. A typical first visit (non-injury) is $125 and follow up visits are $75. Time of service discounts of $25 apply to follow up visits. Please contact our office for more information or to book a free 15 minute Meet and Greet Appointment to discuss your questions!

Can I bring my child to my appointment?
Yes, your children are always welcome at your appointments. Please note that the first appointment is longer (40-60 minutes), so please be prepared for that if you bring your children.
Do you only treat pregnant women?
Pregnancy and postpartum care is my passion and focus at Motherhood Chiropractic, but I treat all women, children and men! I have treated babies a few days old and retirees 85 years young!
Do you offer in home visits or visits during labor?
Home visits or active labor visits (at home or a birthing center) are available to established patients only. Please consult our office for fees and scheduling.
What can I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit is your opportunity to tell the story of your past health and future wellness goals. We will go over your history and perform an extensive spinal exam. If you are a good candidate for care, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
When will I be done with care?
All patients are given a recommendation for active care on their second visit. Once the care recommendations have ended and you have reached your health goals, you are released from active care to wellness care. The field of chiropractic has more in common with dentistry than traditional medicine in that ongoing, periodic care is the model to promote prevention and optimal health. Chiropractic care works the same way. You can choose to treat symptom episode after symptom episode, or you can choose to stay healthy with chiropractic care as part of your wellness plan. A well functioning spine and nervous system is a benefit of chiropractic care and many patients choose wellness care to this end.
